SkillrootsNW was created to bridge economic disparities and empower Black-owned businesses in King and Pierce Counties. We recognize that many Black entrepreneurs and tradespersons struggle with visibility, access to resources, and sustainable growth—often due to systemic barriers and limited networking opportunities. Our mission is to change that.
